Garage door ventilation grille

This ventilation grille allows the ventilation of your box without security risk.
It is designed for assembly on panels 20 mm or 40-42 mm thick depending on the version.

However, it is possible to mount it on panels of different thicknesses

Thickness different from 20 or 40 mm
You will need to take the version with a top and design small strips to compensate for the difference, to be placed on the interior frame side of the porthole.
Ex.: if your panel is 30mm thick, take the 40mm version and you will need to make 4 strips of 10mm.

Thickness greater than 40mm
You will need to increase the size of the screws and make strips to wedge the glazing
Ex.: if your panel is 50mm, you will need to find 5x50 screws and you will need to make 4 strips of 5mm to wedge behind the glazing and interior frame.

CAUTION WHEN SCREWING TIGHTEN MODERATELY

Installation tips:

- If possible, place the panel on trestles, to trace and cut flat and assemble. (Check the lines carefully before making the cut!). 470x300mm cutout

- Use masking tape to avoid scratching the panel when using the jigsaw.
