Wayne Dalton door torsion spring replacement set

Compatible:

- with Wayne Dalton Push&Pull motorized doors.

- with Wayne Dalton manual doors.

- Since the cables and springs are to be installed on the outside of the rails, provide a space of about 10 cm on each side of the rails for their passage.

Not compatible:

- with the Wayne Dalton doors having a motorization embarked on the very axis of the spring, type Idrive!

Content of the set:

A kit contains all the required material to equip both sides of a Wayne Dalton door.

2 shoes + 16 sheet metal screws 6.3x15 

2 mobile nylon pulleys Ø50

2 fixed pulleys Ø50 with support

2 plates (for fixing on the roundness of the rails)

2 cables Ø3 with loop + 2 leads to be crimped if your need to shorten the cables.

2 perforated cable hangers

4 springs adapted to the size of your door

2 special roller bottom support Wayne Dalton with remote cable tie

Different versions :

The set "up to 2400mm" is designed for doors of 5m2 (max. up to 2450x2000),

The set "up to 3000mm" is designed for doors of 6m2 maximum (max. up to 3050x2000).

If your Wayne Dalton garage door is more than 3000mm wide, choose this other torsion spring replacement kit. If in doubt, we're here to help. 

To install it on your door:

BE CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS OPEN AND LOCKED, SPRINGS REMOVED !

Attach the hanger shoe to the back of your horizontal rails

Attach the 70mm pulley and its support to the front of your rails.

Remove old cables and bottom bracketsroller

Attach the new bottom bracketsroller

Hook the springs to the movable pulley and the shoe

Pass the cable loops to the lower wheel supports, then Ø50mm fixed pulley, Ø50mm mobile pulley and hang on the perforated bar.

Test spring balance and tension

This Torquemaster kit is an "adaptation" kit, not universal, it is possible that, depending on the design of your door, the assembly may need to be slightly adapted.
