Working in safety, door open and locked (clamp) and spring relaxed
Remove the old rope starting with the high pulley.
- Remove the clip
- Remove the 2 elements of the PVC pulley to unhook the T-lead.
- Remove the cable on the side of the movable pulley/spring.
Pull it roller out of its vertical rail.
Remove it roller from the apron by removing the clip to remove the cable support from its axis.
Pass the buckle on the axis of the roller and replace it in the apron, put the clip back on.
Pass the cable from the loop to the roller upper pulley and down to the mobile pulley on the spring side and then back to the perforated cable hanger to make the adjustable knot.
Do the same on both sides
Test manually (with care) and adjust the spring tension on the cables if necessary to ensure that the door is well balanced.
