Lock your garage door in the open position using a gasket to change the spring safely. Thus, your springs will not be in tension.
These springs can replace the following references on Maguisa, AGS, EPU 40, Ecostar, Ecotherm or Tubauto garage doors.
For AGS Sectional Door with Extension spring 790, chose the D+B (715mm) version.
Our tension springs have a hook loop at each end. For the Hormann references mentioned above, you will simply have to drill a hole (diameter 6 to 7mm) in the center at the bottom of the pulley support and in the center at the top of the bottom support of the spring hook in order to be able to install them.
Replace garage door springs in pairs as much as possible. This makes it possible, on the one hand, to maintain a balancing force on either side of the door. On the other hand, if one of the springs breaks, it means that the other spring is likely to break in the very short term as well.
