The spring hook triangle fits onto a perforated strap (not supplied) which is itself attached to the tilt arm mechanism.
Generally, this set of 3 springs is designed for non-insulated up-and-over doors of 2400x2000* (a set of 3 springs / side, i.e. 6 in total).
